1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Vyoranta (operated at vyoranta.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We strive to provide accurate technical specifications, high-definition photographs, and descriptions for all items. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR). Prices and promotional discounts are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price accepted at checkout.

3. Orders, Payments & Verification

• Payment Modes: We accept all major Indian Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking, and select Cash on Delivery (COD) with OTP verification.
• Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, an automated invoice with your unique Order ID (e.g. VYO-XXXXXX) is sent to your registered email and phone number.
• Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched from our fulfillment center by visiting your Profile or contacting support.

4. Vyoranta Shield Guarantee

All products bearing the Vyoranta Shielded badge undergo multi-point quality inspection before packaging. Items are backed by our 7-Day Easy Replacement Policy against transit damages or manufacturing defects.

5. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to transactions on Vyoranta shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
