Refund & Return Policy

1. 7-Day Easy Replacement Window

We take pride in our strict quality inspections. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or functionally impaired, you are entitled to a free replacement within 7 calendar days of package delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• The item must be in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, tags, and warranty cards intact.
• A photo or short video depicting the defect or transit damage should be submitted to our support desk.
• Customized, engraved, or personal hygiene products are eligible for replacement only in cases of manufacturing defects.

3. Refund Processing & Timelines

If a replacement unit is unavailable in stock, or if you prefer a complete refund:

• Online Payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking): Refunds are initiated within 24 hours of return pickup and credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 3 to 5 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are transferred directly to your verified UPI ID or Bank Account via NEFT within 48 hours.
• Vyor Coins: Any loyalty coins redeemed on the order are instantly restored to your profile balance.

4. How to Request a Return

1. Go to your User Profile / Orders page.
2. Locate the order and click Request Return / Replacement.
3. Alternatively, email your Order ID to [email protected].
4. Our courier partner will schedule a free doorstep pickup within 2 business days.
